Nang Thai of Bemus Point won $1,153,181 at Seneca Allegany Casino on Sunday, through the Wheel of Fortune Special Edition MegaJackpot.
Thai said Seneca Allegany is his favorite casino and was familiar with the winning machine, adding that he always sits in the same chair.
After investing around $400, Thai said he was surprised to find he had won the top progressive prize. "I glanced down and saw all this yellow, so I looked up at the jackpot amount and just froze!"
When asked about his immediate plans for his winnings, Thai said he will "finish my car payment and take care of the little one and fiance at home."
