Ronald and Barbra Shrecengost of Jamestown, N.Y., celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner on Nov. 27, 2009, at the Nic-L-Inn Restaurant. The celebration was hosted by their children, Hank and Dean Shrecengost and Cindy and Tim Lyons of Michigan. They also have two grandchildren, McKenie and Riley Lyons.
Shrecengost and the former Barbra Nieswonger were married Nov. 14, 1959, in Alcola, Pa.
Shrecengost was employed by SKF Aeroengine North America. They are both members of the Gerry Volunteer Fire Department and its women's auxiliary.
