Holiday Triangle

December 21, 2009
Post-Journal

Randolph's Main and Jamestown Street's Triangle Park, with its colorful memory tree and subsequent area lighting, is the brightest thing in town during Christmas holidays. The triangle was first lighted at the beginning of a short Memory Tree ceremony Dec. 4, when residents gathered for a solemn ecumenical prayer service honoring the memory of loved ones who will be missed during the holiday season. Area clergy read the names and the mayors of Randolph and East Randolph tolled a bell after each announcement.
