CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF's Department

ELLINGTON - A 17-year-old man from Delmar, Del., was charged with two counts of sexual misconduct and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child at 10 p.m. Friday after deputies investigated a report of a missing 14-year-old from Ellington. The girl was discovered missing by her parents at 7:30 a.m. Friday and found at about 5 p.m. Friday. Deputies allege the man helped the girl run away and was with her while she was missing. Other information uncovered during the investigation led to the sexual misconduct charges, according to the police report. The man was arraigned in Ellington Town Court and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail on $2,000 cash or $4,000 property bail.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

LAKEWOOD - Aaron M. Indelicato, 26, of Randolph was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument at 1:05 a.m. Saturday at Wal-Mart. According to a police report, Indelicato was allegedly found passed out, face down, outside the store's entrance. A warrant check showed he had two active warrants from Jamestown City Court, and when Indelicato was taken into custody, he allegedly had six hypodermic needles. He was taken to the Lakewood-Busti Police Department, processed and posted bail before he was turned over to Jamestown police to answer to the Jamestown City Court warrants. He will be in Busti Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

Matthew R. Vinson was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and taken to the Jamestown City Jail awaiting arraignment after he was allegedly found at a Bradmar Circle home with a woman who has a valid order of protection against him through Chautauqua County Family Court.
