JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Thomas J. Fish, 44, of Sugar Grove was charged with driving while intoxicated, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and hauling a load without a red flag after a traffic stop prompted by a concerned citizen's 911 call. Around 7:47 p.m. Tuesday, police received a call reporting a vehicle driving recklessly in the area of South Main Street by the Arterial. A vehicle matching the description given was found pulling into Friendly's Restaurant in Brooklyn Square and pulled over. Following an investigation, it was determined that Fitch was allegedly intoxicated and police say a breathalyzer given at the police station concluded his blood-alcohol concentration was more than two times the legal limit. He was held at the city jail awaiting arraignment.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
HANOVER - Joseph R. Stadler, 64, of Derby, N.Y., was charged with DWI and cited for failure to yield right-of-way and failure to maintain lane Tuesday after a traffic stop on Route 39 around 6:24 p.m. Deputies reported that they pulled Stadler over for allegedly failing to keep right and an investigation revealed he was intoxicated. He was released with an appearance ticket and will be in Hanover Town Court later.
SALAMANCA POLICE DEPARTMENT
SALAMANCA - Brandon J. Reynolds, 24, of Steamburg was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration on Nov. 14 around 5:47 a.m. Police reported that he allegedly gave another person's name when being arrested to avoid police finding active warrants out of other area courts. His true identity was discovered and he was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail awaiting pending court proceedings in Ellicott and Randolph town courts and Salamanca City Court.
Natasha L. Johnny-John, 21, of Salamanca was charged with issuing a bad check on Nov.13 and charged with DWI, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and speeding on Nov. 15. She allegedly wrote a bad check to a local grocery store on Nov. 13. A traffic stop around 1:30 a.m. Nov. 15 led to the other charges. She was released from both incidents with appearance tickets and will be in Salamanca City Court later.
A 16-year-old Salamanca male was charged with third-degree assault on Nov. 13 after he was involved in a fight with another youth at the Salamanca High School. He will appear in court later.
A 16-year-old female was charged with petit larceny Tuesday after she allegedly stole $23 from a substitute teacher's purse at Salamanca High School. She will be in court later.
A 16-year-old female was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree aggravated harassment and disorderly conduct Monday after an incident at Salamanca High School around 7:25 p.m. She will appear in court later.
FRANKLINVILLE - Jenna N. Owen, 23, of Franklinville was taken into custody on Nov. 11 by the Franklinville police on a Salamanca City Court warrant charging her with second-degree aggravated harassment.

PITTSFIELD TOWNSHIP - Warren-based state police are investigating a burglary from a home on Bristow Lane in the Valley View Trailer Park where a 58-year-old woman had her wedding ring and a TW gold ring set stolen, valued at $900. The crime happened sometime overnight last Saturday into Sunday.
