CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

HARMONY - Andrew Zawisa, 39, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and cited for failure to stop at a stop sign Wednesday after a one-car accident on Route 474. Deputies reported that a 911 call from a concerned citizen came in around 7 p.m. reporting that Zawisa ran the stop sign at the intersection with Barker Street and that his vehicle struck a traffic sign and came to rest against an embankment. Deputies reported that he was driving on a revoked license and he was released with an appearance ticket. No injuries were reported in the accident.

KIANTONE - Daniel C. Lai, 40, of Allegany was charged with driving while intoxicated, cited for failure to keep right and driving an uninspected vehicle Sunday after he was pulled over for allegedly crossing the center line on Route 60 around 12:50 a.m. He was processed and released with an appearance ticket and will be in court later.

Brian K. Wilson, 29, of Jamestown was charged with DWI and cited for speeding on Nov. 6, after a traffic stop on East Second Street in Jamestown around 12:50 a.m. Wilson was released with an appearance ticket and will be in Jamestown City Court later.

NY STATE POLICE

RANDOLPH - Dennis C. Campbell, 38, of Fredonia was charged with public lewdness Thursday after an incident on Randolph around 2:30 p.m. He was taken into custody and held awaiting arraignment.

PA STATE POLICE

GLADE -Warren-based state police said a 15-year-old female caused a disturbance at Warren Area High School by starting a physical altercation with a 15-year-old male at 7:55 a.m. Oct. 10. Police reported non-traffic citations were filed through District Judge Laura Bauer's office.

SUGAR GROVE - Warren-based state police said someone removed a filing cabinet from a small room within Miller's Saw Mill, Lanning Hill Road, between 10 p.m. Nov. 7 and 8 a.m. Nov. 8.
