CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

ARKWRIGHT - Alan K. Elliott, 55, of Conewango Valley was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and cited for failure to stop at a stop sign Friday after a minor accident at the intersection of Center and Bard roads around 3 a.m. Deputies said he was traveling south on Center Road when he allegedly ran a stop sign at the intersection, struck a stop sign and finally came to rest in a yard on Bard Road. After an investigation, deputies determined Elliott was allegedly intoxicated and he was released with an appearance ticket.

SALAMANCA POLICE DEPARTMENT

SALAMANCA - Jeffery W. Redeye, 24, of Salamanca was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment Tuesday after he allegedly damaged property belonging to another person around 5:24 p.m. Redeye was released with an appearance ticket and will be in Salamanca City Court later.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

GERRY - Rose E. Raynor, 24, of Cassadaga was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree aggravated harassment Monday following a reported domestic dispute in the town of gerry around 12:50 p.m. Raynor was given an appearance ticket and will be in court later.

ELLICOTT - Armando M. Calimeri, 51, of Kiantone was charged with first-offense DWI Monday after a traffic stop on South Work Street around 10:55 p.m. He was released with an appearance ticket and will be in Ellicott Town Court later.

POMFRET - Gary F. Timm, 48, of Fredonia was charged with first-offense DWI on Nov. 4, after a traffic stop on Webster Road around 5:17 p.m. He was taken into custody, processed and released to a third party with an appearance ticket.

PENNSYLVANIA LAW ENFORCEMENT

WARREN -Warren City police officers were dispatched at 8:29 p.m. Sunday to 509 Water St. for a reported disturbance. Police reported that Jade E. Morrison, 28, of Warren, Pa., was charged with criminal trespassing, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after she allegedly used a screwdriver to pry the door open and enter the residence. Police reported she then became combative with officers. She was taken into custody and will be in court later.

WARREN - Warren City police said two non-traffic citations were filed Monday charging Tracy Frampton, 33, of Clarendon, Pa. after she issued two checks in March to the Warren Shurfine store which were returned and marked insufficient funds. Police reported total restitution owed to the store is $159.53.

WARREN - Warren City police said a criminal complaint was filed Monday charging Christina L. Potter, 32, of Warren, after she allegedly issued three checks (two in May and one in June) to the Warren Shurfine store which were returned and marked insufficient funds. Police reported total restitution owed to the store is $166.80.

WARREN - Warren City police said a criminal complaint was filed Monday charging Danielle Vargas, 20, of Sheffield, Pa., with theft by deception and issuing a bad check after she allegedly issued a check in June to the Warren Shurfine store that was returned and marked account closed. Police reported total restitution owed to the store is $50.59.

WARREN - Warren City police said a criminal complaint was filed Monday charging Shelly R. McNelis, 45, of Warren, after she allegedly issued three checks in June to the Warren Shurfine store which were returned and marked insufficient funds. Police reported total restitution owed to the store is $287.52.

CONEWANGO TOWNSHIP - Conewango Township police reported that Dennis McLaughlin of Erie parked his Dodge Ram truck at Auto Zone and went inside to make a purchase at 11:50 a.m. Tuesday. Police said when he came back to his truck he saw that his Garmin GPS and a walkie-talkie were missing from inside the vehicle. Anyone with information is asked to contact the township police at 814-726-0725.

COLUMBUS TOWNSHIP - Corry-based state police reported Nicole A. Lindstrom, 27, Columbus, was driving a 2002 Ford Taurus and Sara J. Martin, 29, Sugar Grove, was driving a 2008 Mazda CX9, both eastbound on Route 957, at 5:40 p.m. Tuesday. Police reported the Taurus was following the CX9 when a deer ran from the south side of the road into the path of the Mazda. Police reported Martin braked suddenly and Lindstrom was unable to react in enough time to avoid hitting the CX9. Police reported the Taurus had to be towed from the scene and the CX9 was able to be driven. Police said Lindstrom, who suffered a minor injury, was charged for following too close.

SOUTHWEST TOWNSHIP - Warren-based state police reported someone removed two climbing tree stands from the property of Phillip Wagner, 48, Titusville, along Route 27 without the consent of the owner at 3 p.m. Nov. 8. Police said the tree stands are described as two Summit Viper Climbing stands; both of the stands are marked with the identity of the owner. Anyone with information is asked to call the Pennsylvania State Police at 814-728-3600 or Warren County Crime Stoppers at 800-83-CRIME.

TIDIOUTE - Tidioute Borough police reported Timothy Bailor, 20 Church St., told them that sometime Nov. 8 or 9 someone entered his shed and took a Craftsman leaf blower valued at $100. Anyone with information is asked to contact the borough police at 484-7424.
