Randolph's Make-A-Difference-Day is always a big event but this year 200 young people showed up at the Randolph Fire Hall to grab a rake and rake leaves for shut-ins and the elderly. On top of that the Boy Scouts added their bit collecting for the Community Cupboard. Tonia McAllister, director for the Randolph Area Development Corporation, thought this was the first time in ten years the leaf raking spree was not rained on. Pat Walker, Randolph Central School Ag. Instructor, was a coordinator in the event and was part of the lunch-for-the-two-hundred in the school cafeteria.
