John and Jennie Morreale celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary with a family gathering at the French restaurant, Mon Ami Gabi, in Reston, Va. They are the parents of Mary Morreale and the late Marcy Morreale. They have five grandchildren: Nichole Hodges-Abbasi, David Hodges, Michelle Anderson and John and Michael Morreale. They also have seven great-grandchildren.
They were married Sept. 29, 1945, at St. John's Roman Catholic Church in Jamestown.
Morreale is a veteran of World War II, and prior to retirement he founded and operated the family business Terminal Collision. Mrs. Morreale was co-owner of the Clar-Vi Shoppe of Jamestown.
