Pleas & Sentences

MAYVILLE - District Attorney David W. Foley announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court.

Reinaldo Fontanez, 40, of 20 E. Fifth St., Jamestown, was sentenced to three and a half years in prison with two years post-release supervision for third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Jimmy Lee Watts, 34, of 123 Maple Ave., Dunkirk, was sentenced to three and a half years in prison with two years post-release supervision for third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Antonio J. Watts, 22, of 213 Smith Court, Apt. A, Dunkirk, was sentenced to two years in prison with two years post-release supervision for fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Raymond Nieves, 31, of 113 King St., Dunkirk, was sentenced to one to three years in jail for third-degree rape.

Shawn A. Cavender, 40, of 3254 Smith Road, Cassadaga, was sentenced to one year in jail for felony DWI.

Joshua J. Fiegl, 28, of 11768 Aldrich Road, Silver Creek, was sentenced to one year in jail for violation of probation and six months in jail for misdemeanor DWI, to be served concurrently.

Vincent A. Stallworth, 24, of 85 Zelmer St., Cheektowaga, was sentenced to 60 days in jail and five years probation for fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Daniel Schroder, 29, of 86 Myrtle St., Jamestown, was sentenced to time served and three years probation for second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Syvel Fields, 44, of 352 Hideaway Pt. Road, Topping, Va., was sentenced to six months in jail and five years probation for fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
