CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
SHERMAN - Scott T. Oram, 19, 14 Popal Lane, Bemus Point, was charged with third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at 5:20 a.m. Saturday at the Blue Heron Music Festival, 2361 Waits Corners Road. Police report they responded to the festival after a report of an auto accident. After investigation, they found Oram allegedly took a golf cart without the owner's permission, allegedly running it into a parked car. He is to answer the charges at a later date.
ELLERY - Carri D. Garrett, 28, 2826 Greenhurst Ave., Greenhurst, was charged with disorderly conduct at 1:10 a.m. Sunday at 2 Lakeside Drive, Bemus Point. Police report they observed her allegedly acting disorderly. She was taken to county jail, and bail was set at $100.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
BUSTI - Bruce F. Kay, 57, Youngsville, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, open container in a motor vehicle and not staying within traffic lane after police observed him allegedly crossing a double solid yellow line and traveling off a roadway into a front lawn at 5:44 p.m. Thursday on Busti-Sugargrove Road. He was charged with driving while intoxicated two days prior to the Thursday incident, when police report he was allegedly intoxicated and in possession of an open container.
