Frank C. and Nancy Jane Nelson celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary recently with a family dinner. The celebration was hosted by their children: Brenda (William) Brown, Nancy (David) Hawley and Everett Nelson, all of Frewsburg. They also have five grandchildren: Christian (Lauren) Brown of Buffalo, Shannon Clavin of Aurora, Colo., Chrystal Clover of Jamestown, and Amber and Kelli Clavin of Fredonia.
Nelson and the former Nancy Jane Poore were married June 13, 1959,, in the First Congregational Church of Jamestown. The Rev. Ellis F. Eaton performed the ceremony.
