JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

Christopher P. Sundquist, 38, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree burglary, endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree assault Monday following an incident at a Chapman Street home around 6:40 p.m. Police say a woman told officers Sundquist entered the home and choked her in front of a child. Sundquist was taken into custody a short time later and held awaiting arraignment.

Eddie E. Powell, 21, of Rochester, David L. Taylor, 21; Steven P. Greenland, 24; Edwin Cruz, 21; and Angel L. Cruz, 19, all of Jamestown, were charged with violating the city's noise ordinance Monday due to loud car stereos while city police were on proactive patrols. Powell was additionally taken into custody on a city court warrant for allegedly driving with a a suspended license. All others were given appearance tickets and will be in court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

MAYVILLE - Latrice M. Oneal, 28, of Jamestown was taken into custody and bailed out of the county jail after an appearance on the county's most wanted list for allegedly violating the terms of her probation. She will be removed from the list and appear in court later.

MAYVILLE - Aaron W. Johnson, 31, of Jamestown was taken into custody following an appearance on the county's most wanted list for a charge of third-degree criminal mischief. He will be removed from the list and be in court later.

ELLERY - Garrett D. Smith, 17, of Ellery crashed his vehicle into a telephone pole on Route 430 at 5 p.m. Monday when he apparently fell asleep at the wheel, deputies say. He was wearing his seatbelt, which kept him from being injured. Smith was checked out by Fluvanna volunteer firefighters on the scene. No charges have been filed.

KENNEDY - Marion J. Price, 33, of Kennedy was charged with third-degree assault Saturday after a reported domestic dispute at a Daily Hill Road home. Deputies say Price hit a woman numerous times and, as she was trying to get away from him, he threw something at her, causing a significant amount of pain. He was arraigned in Poland Town Court and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail, where he was held without bail.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

BUSTI - Michael Peterson, 22, was charged with second-degree harassment Tuesday after another person accused him of making a harassing phone call Saturday. He was given an appearance ticket and will be in court later.

NORTH HARMONY - Michael J. Cave, 28, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree stalking on Monday following an investigation into an incident which happened at 4:30 p.m. June 10. He was released with an appearance ticket.

CONNEWANGO - Kimberly E. Adams, 42, of Randolph was charged with fourth-degree stalking Monday after an incident earlier in the day at a North Main Street home in Ellicott. She was released with an appearance ticket and will be in court later.

Karen L. Inwood, 52, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree trademark counterfeiting Monday. She was released with an appearance ticket to be in Jamestown City Court.

ELLERY - Isaac J. Miller, 39, of Cherry Creek was charged with DWI at 6 p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Route 430 in Ellery. He was released with an appearance ticket and will be in court later.

ELLERY - Duane G. Peters, 61, of Jamestown was charged with first-offense driving while intoxicated Saturday following a traffic stop on Route 430 in Ellery around 4 p.m. He was processed and released with an appearance ticket.

ELLERY - Eric R. Woolschlager, 25, of Ellery was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana Saturday following a traffic stop on Route 430 around 6:21 p.m. He was released with an appearance ticket and will be in court later.

POMFRET - Michael A. Kucmierz, 18, of Fredonia was charged with trespassing at about 8:45 p.m. Saturday at a Webster Road home in Pomfret. He will be in court later.

VILLENOVA - James R. Fisher, 31, of South Dayton was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment June 11 after an incident on a Dye Road home around 1 p.m. He was released with an appearance ticket and will be in court later.

PORTLAND - Jerod J. Saunders, 18, of Erie, Pa., was taken into custody as a fugitive from justice on June 10 after a traffic stop on Route 5 at around 11 a.m.

MINA - Aaron J. Graham, 27, of Jamestown was charged with speeding, false personation and aggravated unlicensed operation on June 10 following a traffic stop on Canterbury Drive around 9:30 a.m. He was released with an appearance ticket and will be in court later.

SHERIDAN - Amber L. Perry, 21, of Dunkirk was charged with first-offense aggravated DWI at 10 p.m. Sunday following a property-damage accident on Center Road in Sheridan. He was processed and released to a third-party with an appearance ticket.
