A Jamestown man was attacked by a pit bull Friday afternoon in front of 150 Barrows St. in Jamestown.
The victim has serious injuries and was taken to WCA Hospital, and the dog was taken away by the city's animal control officer. The incident is under investigation and charges are pending against the owner.
