Five-hour prelicensing course announced

The next five-hour prelicensing course being sponsored by the Dunkirk City School district will be held on Feb. 24 and Feb. 25 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Dunkirk High School. This course qualifies individuals to apply to take the road test for a New York State driver’s license. Registration will begin at 6 p.m. in the lobby of the High School. Students will need to pay a fee of $25 cash and present their permit at this time. You may reserve a space by calling 366-9300 Ext. 2082. Walk-ins will be accepted on a space available basis.
