They is a circus act at the expense of the tax payers and the sad part there will be some crazy legal ground for a mistrial and they will dig deeper into taxpayers pockets!!

Between the media and other news I'm lost,they say he was killed with a small caliber weapon up close,but last time I checked a .357 would blow more than little holes in somebody.i haven't heard them mention recovery a small caliber weapon? Unless I missed it,with all the stories and media it might of slipped past me

There is enough evidence to convict this guy a hundred times over. But NY will keep this guy alive for the next 40-50 years at taxpayer expense.
