The only reason a Legislator would vote against selling the County Home is because they choose to ignore the facts. Health Department does not allow any County Homes to build a campus and have a steady flow of residents moving from one level of care to another. If they chose not to sell it The County Home Home will not survive! This is really going to be a sad situation for all of the people who will lose their jobs when The Home is forced to close.
