Bet it is "low-renters" who are suing. As in people who rent and do not pay school taxes, but let everyone else "home owners" pay to educate their children. NYS is a wonderful place to move to...collect welfare benefits, rent section 8, put your kids in good public schools,...and now even get good Obama care. Amazing how NYS does everything to attract more needy...and nothing to attract business that brings jobs.

It's a shame that so few can cause so much trouble. Get with it.. Times are a changing. If I recall correctly, it was a very low Minority that took God out of the Pledge or Allegiance..
