Individual state laws or not, this country is changing as a whole. It's almost 2014. If regular old citizens can buy weapons legally, why can't we buy marijuana? Personally, I've never heard of anybody dying from smoking weed...but deaths from guns? That's a different story. This is today's modern America & if you don't like it, go elsewhere.

The LAW is changing with the will of the People. It was illegal for Women to Vote 85 years ago.Laws are for the benefit of all.If you don't like the inevitable winds of change, and smoke gets in your eyes; Why not move to China. That's where the JOBS are.

"He wants state's rights when they favor an issue he favors and he wants federal regulation when it favors an issue he favor"

Anytime you want to back this statement up Monkeyboy, I'd love to see you do so. Show me one time where I ADVOCATED for state's rights against a FEDERAL LAW. In case you're a little foggy from the gonga, Advocate means pushed for or supported. I'll wait until you get over the munchies for your answer.

Seadog keeps saying the same thing over and over. He wants state's rights when they favor an issue he favors and he wants federal regulation when it favors an issue he favors.

OK Lilrud - I'll type slowly to help you understand.

Marijuana is ILLEGAL under FEDERAL LAW. Barry and ERIC will NOT ENFORCE those laws in the states that have legalized it. That is ILLEGAL.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION is against FEDERAL LAW. Barry and ERIC will not ENFORCE existing FEDERAL IMMIGRATION LAW. That is ILLEGAL! Any more questions?

As far as you wanting Tom Reed in jail, where's your outrage over Charlie Rangel, Tim Geightner, John Edwards, Ted Kennedy, and Nancy Pelosi. All had failed to report or pay taxes and one killed someone. So, your limited outrage is very amusing.

irony- glad to see you acknowledge the public education system is broken. Seeing as how the Democratic Party and the teacher's unions fight to maintain the status quo, it'll be interesting to see if you can bring yourself to acquire some political objectivity in the future. Nah, it would probably prove to painful for you to eliminate party bias.

Do I really have to copy and paste what Seadog did with his comments?

Ah...only takes 30 seconds.

"poor Eric is just misunderstood and is doing a fine job.

Irony - do you see quotation marks around the above statement I made at 2:01 p.m.? If not, THAN I WASN'T QUOTING YOU! Sleep during that English lesson?"

What was originally said:

"Yes indeed Irony poor Eric is just misunderstood and is doing a fine job. Are you sure your name isn't Jimmy Jones?"

It is likely clear to everyone but Seadog that his own short-term memory reduces his ability to recognize WHAT HE ORIGINALLY TYPED. Wow. You're right, Seadog...you didn't quote me because I never said it. You made it up. Good job! You're so batty, you even attack your own statements!

I just can't help but laugh every day, maybe that's why I keep coming back. Lord knows I don't for education. How old are you Seadog? Six? I hope you're not an adult. I really do.

Why is it Seadog and his gang are still whining? Everything the Pres and Holder have done are legal, ethical and has been done by every president since Washington in one way or another.

Monkeyboy, why is it you talk out of both sides of your mouth? #1 "Obama has said this is a state's rights issue and states should decide" Than WHY aren't immigration, voting rights, gun control laws and gay rights laws a STATE RIGHT??

#2 "you righties complain endlessly about the federal government taking over responsibilities and powers that should not be federal and yet when something comes along that goes against your conservative agenda you are outraged and scream for federal regulation" Who's screaming for Federal Regulation?? I believe there is a FEDERAL LAW AGAINST POT,and it's been illegal for YEARS! Why is it Barry and Eric only ENFORCE laws he don't agree with?

Now when Barry decides to enforce ALL LAWS that HE TOOK AN OATH TO UPHOLD, I'll agree with you. Oh, and by the way, why not walk down the street with a joint in your mouth and when you get arrested tell the cop "Obama and Holder said it's OK" and see what happens.

I'm not sure where I said he was doing a fine job. Find that for me? You'll have to get past your straw man.

Monkeyboy, I see you failed to comment on the "state's rights" arguement. What's wrong, didn't the Obama talking points cover voting, immigration, or gun laws? Or are those areas that don't concern you? Have another bowl monkey and stop back when you know what you're talking about.

C'mon Donkeyboy, answer the three examples that Seadog just gave you. Your comment contradicts Holder and Obama's actions against states and your not even objective/bright enough to see how foolish your comment was when compared to what's really going on in this country. Not surprising though because history is replete with examples of bad leaders still retaining adoration from a portion of their populations.

There you go again monkeyboy, "Obama has said this is a state's rights issue and states should decide" - SO, according to you, "to*****with the law, cause I'm the president". Also, didn't he take an oath to UPHOLD THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES?? Sounds like failing to do so would be a breach of his Oath of Office, or in other words - He lied when taking his oath.

So, it's state's rights when it comes to pot, (that he used to smoke and sell by the way) but immigration, voter ID, and gun laws aren't??? Would you mind explaining that to me????? I know you won't, but just thought I'd throw that out there.

Thanks for the current list of your conspiracy theories, Seadog, but Obama has said this is a state's rights issue and states should decide. I thought you conservatives were big on state's rights vs federal dictates.

I guess Irony is too busy praying to Obama to have heard about Fast and Furious, The Black Panther fieasco, the IRS targeting Conservatives, No arrests in Bengahzi, the illegal investigation of James Rosen, the pardon of Marc Rich, Suing Arizona over their immigration law, and of course the re-naming of terrorists to "ememy conbants" and acts of terror as "work place violence"

Yes indeed Irony poor Eric is just misunderstood and is doing a fine job. Are you sure your name isn't Jimmy Jones?
