Who wouldn't like the end run around the APPR law to keep the aid flowing from "big brother." It's a wonder the school district doesn't have to do cartwheels to stay a going proposition to suit the State of New York. Don't forget they can come and get you for 4.1 million (like Panama) for this type of action ten years hence if you screw up the paperwork. Then the district will look like a roach upside down that just ingested Raid.
