Where is the County's explanation as to how they are willing to "control" the situation. The only suggestion I see in the article is to "avoid the mosquitoes". Is "spraying", which seems obvious to me, too expensive for the County to consider.According to the article only a few counties in the entire State of New York are doing that. You would think with such serious findings of EEE and West Nile, a QUICK response would be to SPRAY!!
