C'mon....what poor grammar. What is sharing of Bert Lictus mean? Which school gets the bottom half? How about "sharing of the services of Bert Lictus as joint school superintendent?" Is this where we're at on the grammar front for a reporter on a newspaper?

Why shouldn't the savings be greater if consolidation is achieved? $110K salary savings PLUS perhaps 25-30% benefits expense, the savings should be greater than $50-60 Thousand per year. Anybody have any answer to this?
