Nushawn is a cute cuddly guy. A warm loveable fuzzball. The kind of guy any parent would want their white, 15 year old daughter to be dating and hey, chicks dig him... wtf

@ opinionsrpoison, Wow I could not believe my eyes when I read your comments!! AND I AGREE WITH YOU 100000%. I made a few comments in the poll question and many ppl have blinders on & only think 1 way & have no room in their pea sized brain to even consider the outcome could've been different from the start.I want to know if Nushawn truly was not positive from the start & those girls tested positive - will they be charged for putting him at risk? I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF HAVING TO REMAIN IN PRISON AFTER YOU SERVE YOUR TERM BECAUSE A PERSON IS MENTAL & HAS A POSSIBLE POTENTIAL OF GETTING OUT & RE-OFFENDING.If thats the case then more prisons need to be built & once a person gets arrested he might as well call that home for the rest of his life cuz everybody has the potential to re-offend.Cold Blooded murderers get out in less time than the amt of time he has been in..He would never get a Jury that knew nothing about the case.So right there his rights are violated.

It may not be showing up full strength after years of drugs to treat him but I am sure he is still infected! There is no cure for this. True there are many more who deserve the same and he does deserve a life now even if it is supervised but to pretend something this serious does not exist only to plant doubt is wrong! How can his attorney dare to plant such an untruth! Scary!

They are not being honest. I may not show up now but I am sure he is not cured. I agree that there are a lot of other people who deserve just as much. The point is he should be able to have some kind of a life now even if it is a supervised one, but please, distorting the facts helps no-one! I do not see how his lawyer could be so dishonest about such a terrible thing! Scary!

I hope the justice system clears up the HIV aspect, does he have it or not? We as the public need to know if he infected those girls or another perp. I won't comment on the whole legal stuff because this case is over a decade old,but I think a lot of people are curious if he has it or not,if his legal team made up some circus act for publicity.

How many are out there thar we don't know of? How many in Chautauqua county alone? Many if them commited worse sexual crimes then he did. And many known sexual offenders re-commit. So why is this guy getting the stick and the others are not? I am in no way condoning his behavior. But this makes no sense. Go to family watchdog and see how many offenders live near you. I promise none have served more time than he has. And for the wrong thing, nonetheless.

I'm sorry, but this is rrally unjust. He didn't infect those girls , so the punishment did not fit the crime. Yes he did comit statutory rape, so what would ne the scentence for that? A few years in jail, probation, and being a sexual predator for life. How many sex offenders are out if jail in way less time than this?
