"Hand shakes and hugs" as Board members pat themselves on the shoulder. Hmmmm; are they whispering into each others ears, "next year let's tell the public three elementary teachers will be layed off" so we can pay ourselves more and increase our benefits more! Like the DoDo bird, those who pay school taxes are becoming extinct! Guessing they don't teach history anymore.
