It is time for the Cuomo administration to live up to their 'treaties' -- the Seneca Nation has waited too long for this matter to be honored.

Looks like the Senecas won. They get to keep $209 of the approx. $630 million in dispute, presumably as damages. Unclear at the moment is the matter of the seven year Compact renewal option in 2016.
