Many of these "women" were girls. That is, they were minors.

He wasn't arrested for AIDS. He was arrested and convicted of raping several underage girls and other misdemeanors like drug possession. He remains in jail because of his status as a sex offender likely to re-offend.

People spouting nonsense about lawsuits are ignorant.

Nushawn William's lifestyle was as toxic as his real or 1990's testing for HIV. Let's hope advocates searching for their next "victim"; first consider the many messed up lives suffered by our local kids "ineffected" by drugs and daily worries awaiting a dreaded disease via a self professed urban animal.

HIV or not. He should remain behind bars for his sex offenses and drug activity. End of story.

Totally right rodrickson. And i don't care how hold these girls were. Anyone who would have sex with an animal like this is a skank. Pure and simple. And this guy should never see the light of day as far as I am concerned. As for this lawyer 1) who is paying your salary, and 2) only a moron or a lawyer would make comments like he does not have HIV.

The test negative result is most likely a false negative as a result of seroreversion. Kudos to the attorney for mentally torturing his own client . Shame on Hendricks for either not knowing about or not mentioning the possibility of seroreversion.

It's my understanding that Williams thought he had HIV while he was engaging in intercourse with these girls. So even if he really didn't, he still *thought* he did, so it's still willful endangerment is it not?

The test to detect HIV the lawyer is citing is NOT used in any clinical setting. No wonder he shows up negative. Now ask the lawyer to provide a negative ELISA test, a negative Western Blot test and a negative PCR test. Those are the clinical standards for diagnosis of HIV.

The lawyer is either stupid or a liar. Terrible either way.

As I recall the girls were also skanks trading sex for drugs from this scumbag. I never felt sorry for any of the whole bunch. I think it got a bunch of butt whupping when they had to tell who and how many partners they had possibly passed on the infection to...the other two girls were from down here across the border.

Leave if to Chautauqua County to mess this up. He did violate the law by having sex with minors to begin with. My question is this. If the girls that tested positive didn't get it from him, then who? It would mean that these girls were out there sleeping with multiple pieces of garbage. I hope those girls parents are proud of themselves because they failed miserably.

It is correct that he believed he did indeed have AIDS. I actually talked to a couple of people who know him and they told me that he deliberately slept with as many girls as he could because if "he is going to die from AIDS, he was going to take out as many others as he could". HE traded sex for drugs, alcohol and any other commodity that he could trade for. Unfortunately the young girls that some of you call skanks, were just young girls that made some serious mistakes. Are there any of you out there that haven't made mistakes in your young life? I agree that this man must stay in prison where he belongs regardless of his health status because his mental status is deadly.

Years of wondering if they had AIDS was what they get when they do skanky things. Consequences for actions even applies to those sweet young choir girls who just made one mistake. Where are they now? My guess is addicts or otherwise useless adults. With any real luck, they learned a lesson and turned their life around because the consequences scared the bejeebers out of them. You're in the know goldenwoman, tell us.
