Here we go again ,the corrupt weaklings at the Town of Ellicott selling out the residents and there quality of life. Rarely a day goes by when the residents around Sam's Club and K-mart/Homedepot are not kept awake most of the night due to the idiot construction contractor from Celeron they hired. This idiot runs street sweepers at midnight, loaders, backhoes, dump trucks, etc at all hours of the night making a rediculous amount of noise and NO signs of the worthless Ellicott Police department . The Police drive by constantly ,here all this noise and do Nothing! If working families can't get any sleep in the town of Ellicott ,then they will move out . Do Your Job Cecil Miller!!!!!!!!!

I am a resident of Edith Ave. There was a public meeting held on April 5 with the Ellicott Planning Board. Three residents attended the meeting and spoke disagreeing with the rezoning of Edith Ave. I also got a petition signed with 20 residents disagreeing with the rezoning as well. As I understand the Planning Board is recommending to the Town Board to rezone approximately 52 ft for the parking lot leaving approximately 72 ft from Edith Ave toward Dunham alone.
