wow another reason why our town is becoming an ghost town. New generation wanting to move in, old generation to*****stubborn to change their ways. Jesus people get with the times, think about prosperity, not yourselves!

Adult novelty store & a mattress store in the same plaza! Marketing genius or blasphemy? You decide. Not in my hood, says the pompous conservative w/ many skeletons in the closet.

This type of business needs to be run out of a freestanding structure as to not interfere with adjacent businesses that children are bound to frequent. It's really about common sence not to want to put this type of enterprise in a plaza. Come on people think about our children. Arnt they already confused enough. Let them have a childhood. There are plenty of appropriate places to put an adult toy store. Mrs scallywag is so excited about the prospects

@SCALLYWAG

Who takes their five-year-old shopping for a mattress or life insurance?

If you think this place is going to have sex devices and such dangling from the front display windows, you'd be a bit incorrect.

The place you are thinking of is Spencers. Located in the mall directly across the street, I often see Slipknot fans with their lovely little offspring inside that store.

Rodrickson commented "Yeah, someone who owns a vacant storefront in this area is definitely going to turn down a prospective rent-paying client, especially one that knows how to dress herself like a professional and presents her own store to the village for approval. Genius"

Rodrickson's comments reflects little faith and not much common sense

I commend the owner of the plaza for having the decency not to rent this type of store. This store belongs somewhere else away from children's access. I agree totally with scallywag. Maybe she can find a spot in Jamestown more suited.
