If Obama did not cave to big pharma. and the Ins industry and we had a real single payer system none of this would be an issue.... The larger the pool the lower the cost.. as it is with any type of insurance..

Medicare is bundling services and reimbursements left and right. They are underfunding reimbursements and eligibility for admission to real physical rehab hospitals with real doctors and nurses and forcing sicker, post op people into nursing homes to avoid paying for rehab services that help people heal quicker and go home. Don't always believe the smoke screen Shumer creates to move his agenda forward. Obamacare will pinch a penny to spend a dollar with very short sighted goals that have nothing to do with peoples care.
