"Ambiguity and approximations"? really? These are just good pretty reasonable ballpark figures. The article's point is that there are considerable untapped (so to speak) resources in Chautauqua County that could provide a significant income to property owners, without requiring them to make much of an effort.

Are you kidding me rodrickson? The article is full of ambiguity and approximations. No wonder the art is dying. It is hard work and the price of maple syrup has skyrocketed. Good thing our vehicles run on corn.
