Additionally, the board approved selling property owned by the CCIDA to Southern Tier Brewing Company for $1 in order to help the business with a waste treatment facility.
Its nice to see the town giving back to a business that gives every year to the local charities.

You idiots are going to have to raise sales tax to 20% for this one! I couldn't make this stuff up if I tried. First of all, its a pierogi resstaurant... Second, they'll pay no taxes. Third, whatever this means "and other benefits"?
