Is your lack of comprehension skills genetic, or have you spent your life aspiring to this level?

I may be young, but I sure the heck wasn't born yesterday..... I'd rather take a cheese grater to my forehead than deal with someone so uneducated and naive on this issue.

Frankly, I don't consider the inability to answer a question to be ignoring me. Everyone has limits as to how out of touch they want to appear. He must have hit his limit.

He's the worst of the worst. How can you argue with this? "51% of America elected Barack Obama, the other 49% of us aren't that stupid." - Herman Cain

allie, get this...it isn't about voting rights. it's about states being singled out for discrimination by the federal government based on their history in jim crow days. Do you ever read past "rights" without jumping to conclusions?

It's difficult to imaginethat anyone in this country would believe that voting rights is a "preferential treatment " and should be overturned. However, those people do exist----sadly for our country. Scalia and those like him have been, and should be, exposed for who they truly are.

Allie, we certainly wish you wouldn't say more. You add no value to any discussion since you have no original thoughts of your own.

the 7:18pm is another intentional distortion, and incomplete ""quote"" of scalia's comment - surprise, SURPRISE.

Captain Mis-Quote is at it again. Allie, show us one quote where Scalia actually said that voting was a racial entitlement? You, along with your libby friends have misquoted and misrepresented the Justice's comments and you cannot provide a quote showing otherwise, but we'll wait while you try.....

allie didn't get any further than "rights" voting"...and ran his mouth exactly proving what Scalia is saying. Anything that can have "minority" attached has to be worshipped no matter what.

voting rights is a "special treatment? Many were persecuted and murdered for that "right." Shameful comment, and worse.

Didn't the righties learn anything from november's rejection? What ever happened to their post election "reaching out" claims?

Anyone care to comment on scalia's comment that the court will now determine if the Voting Rights Act was constitutional, and if voting is a "racial entitlement?" I believe that comment has put mr. scalia on "thin ice" with a large, concerned segment of the electorate."
