What a fascinating business model! I do hope that Jodi is successful. I would encourage her to also offer a subscription or "ordering ahead" model. Ideally, I could email or place an order with her online and then pick it up from her when she is near. The window is very short but I would pay a bit more for quality product which was convenient instead of having to travel to Lakewood or farther. Good luck!
