Nice spin! With a average price of $39K people should be flocking here. However the low asking prices and saturated for sale listings, shrinking school enrollment, ever increasing proprty taxes, is a indicaion of something worse. Population migration out of NY state.

I see this completely differently. More homes are for sale because people are moving out of state. But with NY new gun laws, I see the libs wanting to move it. Pretty soon, it will be only the gun grabbers living here. Show me the money and I'm gone.
