So does that mean all the many local departments that put money in budgets for these new radios can now lower their budgets because sheriff got money from fed.? Yeah...I thought not. I know Jamestown, Lakewood, and a bunch of others were already budgting for this required upgrade....but they won't cut budget now only reallocate it to another expense.
