People scream about about smaller government and then everyday day try to figure out new laws and regulations. We're either our own worst enemy or speak with forked tongue.

I think this is a great idea. And the people that will have a problem with it will be the ones that drink and drive or drive while their on drugs. You never know what its like until its YOUR family going through this. We need as many people as we can to support this. It happens way too often, and there needs to be consequences other than just a lousy traffic ticket.
