Small Business Development Center To Help Startups

I really don't want to be a spoiler, but if you honestly educate potential small business owners concerning nys regulations, fed regulations, environmental Regulations with state and fed reporting requirements comparing to other states of workmen's comp costs, unemployment ins costs, nys income taxes comparing to other states, the vast mandatory insurances , licenses and fees to be in business in nys, and of course if you are honest, you don't have a chance motivating them to open a business here. And I'm very sorry its that way.. Thank you nys gov.
