Cuomo strikes again! He is just taking money from the areas not in NYC and bringing it there. He cares nothing for the rest of the state it seems. Sad....

The COPS program and now this have made our police nothing but profiteering entities that need the revenue to maintain police jobs. A cyclical effect ...need more tickets...need more police etc. Now NYS wants in on that revenue because it is like a sin tax that nobody will argue over.

It has nothing to do with safety just money for the state to spend on NYC. He will use Sandy for everything now if he is questioned on why taxes and fees need to go up.
