Yikes. Online stores don't pay property taxes.

Go to time warner for cable and internet. You call windstream and you talk with people in Florida and Charlotte and who knows where else. The service is terrible. Do not change to windstream.

Since the service was never from the Jamestown offices....that means the Internet will be still be at snails pace regardless of what you are paying for.

anyone who has a landline is an idiot, check out Verizon Home Connect. WS was a huge ripoff.

What a shame. That huge building is practically empty as it is. Won't be long before the whole place is closed.

"the service will not be affected." That's for sure, it was beyond poor to start with.

Why go to TWC? Their service is just as bad and not 9-1-1 enhanced. If cable goes out, so does my phone and internet. No thanks. They're not regulated by the state and they're also claiming that I still owe them over $1300 when I was with them.

This group has a long history of giving and most taking jobs from our community. Maybe, if we didn't patronize them, our marketplace would be more attractive to better providers such as Fios, etc.???

Windstream has many, many problems--most of us would like to never use their inadequate service again.
