State aid to municipalities outside New York City wouldn't increase at a time when many counties and smaller local governments outside New York City worry about insolvency amid rising costs and falling tax bases.

Say one thing and do another? Cuomo is doing exactly as he has said he would do! Now that the counties aren't getting their fat state check they alarm everybody that we are in trouble. Well, the republicans are screaming to cut spending - so my dear Edwards - cut spending!!

Can't we just make the state border line I-86? Everything below 86 becomes PA, above stays in communist NY. We could call it being "86ed" :)

Cuomo will not raise taxes ,he'll put bankrupting mandates on county , other words peanut shuffle and tax-payers get hit again!!vote this clown out!!!
