In our society this is one of the most heineous crimes. Once again we read simpicity in complexity. If some of these things were done, our jail would be held responsible becasue we are a nation of laws not mob justice. Hence we have civilization. This crime is a direct result of two things one is society failing to address child molestation for decade upon decade upon decade so many many many people were molested and they molest it is a increase in each generation that increases geometrically. Two society needs to jail forver any child molester, once convicted never to return to society, your OUT.

He probably wont do anytime for molesting these children. For some odd reason the Chautauqua county gov is more worried about penny drug dealers then they are child molesters. I remember years back when the head of the Jamestown city council walked free after admitting to molesting a child for several years. I guess if some people commit these unspeakable acts its not as condemned as selling drugs to consenting adults. Which I dont condone either but I strongly feel molesting children is far far worse!!!

I hope they do put him in general population, even murderers and dru king pins hate a molester and would just as soon kill him as to look at him. I am going theu the same thing with a person in my family, his third charge,,, he got off on the other two, I hope this time they get him good.

well, he's 75, and his complexion is pretty ruddy, so he looks like a drunk. He can plead not of sound mind and get off.... thing is-he is seventy-five...think he's been doing this for 60yrs or so and just got caught now? hmmmm-maybe there are others that should come forward to help these two girls... yeah, like that'll happen.
