Chronicles Of A Retired Home Inspector: Part II

First, I want to thank the many people that responded so favorably to my first article in “All About Home.” The letters, phone calls, and personal compliments mean a lot and I sincerely thank each and every one of you. My goal was to, and always has been to help people to know what they are getting themselves into when buying or selling a home. I’ll continue to share my experiences as long as I have your interest.

I’ll start out by answering some of the questions that were submitted to me.

1. Do I need a home inspection? 2. Do I need a licensed inspector? 3. Should I use the “Realtor’s Guy”?
