Peters, 59, of Little Valley was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and cited for failure to maintain lane on Nov. 11, following a traffic stop on Dublin Road around 11:48 p.m. in Little Valley. He was given an appearance ticket and will be in court later. SALAMANCA POLICE DEPARTMENT SALAMANCA — Brett Adams, 20, of Salamanca was taken into custody on a warrant charging him with two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny, second-degree forgery and possession of a forged instrument Wednesday.
