JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT ¯ Robert S. Goodwill, 31, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right Friday. Police say Goodwill was pulled over at about 2:10 a.m. for allegedly driving a pickup truck out of the correct lane while turning onto Tiffany Street. Police say after the turn, he stopped and peeled out, ‘‘recklessly spinning the tires,’’ according to a police report. When stopped, officers said Goodwill was allegedly intoxicated and had a suspended license. He was taken into custody and released on bail. He will be in city court later. ¯ A 16-year-old Jamestown youth was charged with second-degree burglary and petit larceny Thursday. Around 10:30 p.m., officers arrived to a home on the 300 block of Clinton Street at the report of a burglary.
