While voice would be something that Apple currently doesn’t really offer, but something that the plethora of Android based smart phones do. No matter if voice is there or not, the new iPhone will sell like wildfire. Along with showing off a new iPhone, Apple will likely use this time to show off two other important pieces. First being the next mobile operating system, iOS5. From the several previews, and leaks from testers, the next iOS will be a fairly radical change. The second is iCloud, Apple’s new magical automatic syncing service that will also replace MobileMe. Rumors of late also have Sprint, who I think is the number three cellular provider, becoming a major player in the iPhone world. The Wall Street Journal has a posting on their website about Sprint committing to a multi-billion dollar deal with Apple for the iPhone. If this deal goes through, then the iPhone would now be on the ‘big three’ – AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint. This leaves T-Mobile, who may or may not merge with AT&T, out in the cold.
