A memorial service for Helen E. Rowe, 83, of Heritage Village, formerly of 28 New York Ave., Lakewood, who died Jan. 13, 2019, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 20, in the Lakewood United Methodist Church. The Rev. Mike Childs will officiate. She had been employed in the Jamestown office of the Chautauqua Area Regional Transit System (CARTS), and was also treasurer of Lakewood United Methodist Church for many years.
