Constance “Connie” Eileen (Cullen) Willett, 78, of Falconer passed away Friday (Nov. 10, 2017) in her home.

She was born Oct. 6, 1939, in Gowanda, N.Y., the daughter of the late Glenn and Thelma (Snyder) Cullen. Constance grew up in Leon, N.Y., and was a longtime resident of Falconer, enjoying the last several years as a snowbird in Florida.

She was a 1956 graduate of Pine Valley Central School, South Dayton, N.Y., and a 1988 graduate of Jamestown Business College with a degree in business administration accounting. She was a bookkeeper-teller for Silver Creek National Bank, Bank of Cattaraugus and Cat-taraugus County Bank.

Connie was also a co-owner of Beckmanor Dairy Farm and Connie’s Corner Cupboard, both in Leon, which were some of the highlights of her life. She retired from Quality Markets, Falconer, after 15 years of service. Among her pleasurable activities were knitting, bingo, cook-ing and baking. She en-joyed meeting new people and was a great conversa-tionalist.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Willett of Falconer; a daughter, Darcy Jane Beckman of Stow, Ohio; two stepchildren: Steven (Shan) Willett of Peoria, Ariz., and Lynn (John) Siegel of Phoenix, Ariz.; two stepgrandchildren: Sean Willett of Kirkland Air Force Base, N.M., and Allison Willett-Pishkin of Phoenix, Ariz.; a sister, Jane (David) Heron of Livonia, N.Y., and a sister-in-law, Mary (Gene) Cullen of Leon, N.Y.; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her two brothers: Eugene and Melvin Cullen.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the Falconer Funeral Home. The Rev. Timothy Phelps will officiate. Burial will be in Levant Cemetery, Falconer, N.Y.

Friends will be received by the family Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., in the funeral home.

Memorials may be donated to the Leon Firemen’s Ladies Auxiliary in Leon, N.Y.
