JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Brantley D. Churchill, 28, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Officers were called March 7 to an apartment at 12 Arnold St. for a report of a disorderly male at approximately 11:59 p.m. Upon arrival, police found the caller identified as a female on the front porch of the home and they were directed to Churchill. Upon investigation, officers learned the female had a valid order of protection against Churchill and that he had been ordered to stay away from the female and her residence. Churchill was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.

¯ Andre Richards, 19, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree stalking and second-degree aggravated harassment. At 8:20 a.m. Monday, officers were called to the area of Price Street for a report of an unwanted person. Upon investigation, police determined the call was related to a domestic violence incident. During that time, a female victim identified Richards as the alleged unwanted person. Richards was taken into custody and transported to city jail pending arraignment.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Tracey Haberberger, 45, of Panama was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument, unlawful possession of marijuana and controlled substance outside original users container. At 10:58 p.m. on Sunday, a Lakewood-Busti officer observed a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed on Baker Street Extension in Lakewood. Upon further investigation, the officer found a passenger identified as Haberberger to allegedly be in possession of Suboxone, marijuana and a hypodermic needle. Harberberger was given an appearance ticket for Busti Town Court and released.
