CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERRIFF’S DEPARTMENT

¯ CHAUTAUQUA — Vicky A Cleland, 55 of Mayville was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and inadequate tail lights. At 1:33 a.m. Sunday, deputies stopped a vehicle on Route 394 for allegedlly operating without taillights. The operator was identified as Cleland and was found to be intoxicated. After being taken into custody, Cleland was processed and released with traffic tickets. Cleland will appear in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.

¯ FRENCH CREEK — Timothy J Soliwoda, 25 of Corry, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or greater, failure to keep right, moving from lane unsafely and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. At 12:43 p.m. Friday, sherriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle on Route 426 for alledged multiple traffice violations. Police identified the driver as Soliwoda. Further investigation revealed that Soliwoda was allegedly intoxicated. Soliwada was taken into custody, and after processing was released with traffic tickets. Soliwoda will appear in French Creek Town Court at a later date.

WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Kevin J Kelley Sr., 55 of Westfield was charged with second-degree crinimal contempt and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. At 9:20 p.m. on Feb. 9, police stopped a vehicle travelling on East Main Street in the village of Westfield. While speaking with the driver, officers noticed a passenger in the front seat. The passenge was identified as Kelley Sr. Police had been made aware of a current order of protection between Kelley and the driver of the vehicle. A search of Kelley found that he was in possession of approximately 3 grams of methamphetamine.

¯ Timothy M. Schrader, 32 of Fredonia was charged with third-degree aggravated unliscensed operation of a vehicle. At 12:37 p.m. on Tuesday, police observed a blue Ford pickup truck commit a traffic violation on East Main Street. Officers pulled the vehicle over and identified the operator as Schrader. Further investigation by the officer revealed that Schrader’s driving priveleges were suspended in New York. Schrader was issued a traffic ticket and released. He will appear in Westfield Village Court at a later date.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Laurie A. Gullett of Falconer was charged with third-degree burglary and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers were called to a reported burglary Sunday at 3:30 a.m. at a home in Falconer. Police were given a description of the suspect, and Gullett was located in the area. Gullett was found to have allegedly entered the home and took items. When she was taken into custody she was reportedly found with hydrocodone pills. She was taken to Chautauqua County Jail to be arraigned.

¯ Edward J English, 20, of Jamestown was charged with aggravated family offense and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation. Officers were called Tuesday at 1:30 a.m. to a possible domestic violence incident that took place at McDonald’s on North Main Street in Ellicott. With assistance of Jamestown police, English was taken into custody and brought to Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment.
