ELLICOTT POLICE

¯ Alexander E. Schultz, 26, was charged with criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument around 3:30 a.m. Thursday after Ellicott police saw a man walking on Hunt Road near Cobb Circle. Officers spoke to the individual and found him in possession of 11 hypodermic needles. Schultz also had an arrest warrant from Jamestown City Court. Schultz was charged and turned over to the Jamestown Police Department.

¯ Mark A. Donato was charged with driving while intoxicated at 1 a.m. Thursday after officers pulled a vehicle over on Jackson Avenue. Donato was taken to the Ellicott Police department for further testing and will be in Ellicott Town Court later.

¯ Ashley M. Adams, 32, of Celoron was charged with reckless endangerment after police responded to a domestic dispute at a Celoron residence at 11:25 p.m. Thursday. Adams reportedly threw a knife at an individual in the home. She was charged and will be in Ellicott Town Court later.

¯ ELLERY — Robert D. Keech, 23, of Stockton was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to keep right and unsafe tire after an accident at 5:10 p.m. Thursday on Route 380 in Ellery. Deputies responded to a vehicle in a ditch on Route 380 and found Keech allegedly was driving while under the influence of drugs. Deputies report Keech was in possession of multiple hypodermic instruments. He will be in Ellery Town Court later.
