ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Raymond Tylicki of Jamestown was charged with criminal mischief. Officers responded at 4:25 p.m. on Nov. 15 for a report of a disorderly person at Crosby’s convenience story on Route 60. Police learned Tylicki allegedly damaged a door. He was issued an appearance ticket to be in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.
¯ Chastity A. Anderson, 38, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation. Police stopped Anderson Monday at 12:15 a.m. in Falconer. Anderson was reportedly found in possession of a controlled substance and was driving on a suspended license. She is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to answer the charges.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Kari A. Abramson, 39, of Jamestown was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and insufficient turn signal notice. Officers stopped a vehicle at 11:34 p.m. on Sunday for a traffic violation. Abramson was determined to be driving while impaired. She allegedly failed several field sobriety tests and was taken into custody. She was later evaluated by a drug recognition expert and held pending arraignment.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ NORTH HARMONY — Mercedes L. Don, 27, of Dunkirk was charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies located a vehicle in a ditch Nov. 15 on Route 394 in North Harmony. An investigation found that Donaldson was intoxicated at the time of the incident. Donaldson is scheduled to appear in North Harmony Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
